Thank you for reaching out to Dr. Galen. Please find the below response to your query.

1. Eat Regular Meals

Eating regularly helps avoid hunger, reducing the risk of unhealthy snacking or overeating.

2. Stay Hydrated

Drink water throughout the day and cut out sugary drinks like sodas and juices.

3. Choose Healthier Snacks

Opt for fruits, vegetables, and nuts instead of junk food for better nutrition.

4. Add Protein to Your Diet

5. Manage Stress

Identify and reduce stress to prevent emotional eating.

6. Get Enough Sleep

Aim for 7-9 hours of sleep to regulate hunger and metabolism.

7. Stay Positive and Active

A positive mindset and daily physical activity, like a 30-minute walk, support weight loss.

8. Make Small Changes

Small, consistent changes lead to lasting results.
