Dr. Galen Pvt Ltd through drgalen.org will charge the users service charges for the services booked which are either consumed or not consumed irrespective of any extenuating circumstances. These service charges are nonrefundable as these are the charges incurred during the process of booking and part of it are paid at the time of booking of consultation or appointment by the use of payment portal which is provided by banks, its subsidiaries, PayPal, Stripe or any other payment service companies. These services charges are clearly displayed to the patients and users on the payment booking page and these may be varied from time to time, depending on any changing global or local financial situations or constraints upon drgalen.org. Therefore, patients or users are advised to take notice of these service charges and are advised to proceed only if they are entirely happy. However, the main fees/charges paid are fully refundable if there is cancellation any appointments due to the lack of doctors’ availability. However, if the patients did not turn up for appointment on the time booked, then they will not be entitled for any refund and fully liable for the fees/charges paid at the time of booking of appointment.

19. Right to use publicly and widely available information of entities
