Patient Question
My right leg is hurting on the side of my knee joint whenever I walk, and I've noticed that I walk with discomfort. When I checked it in the mirror, I noticed that it looks different from my other leg. I hope it's not a dislocation? I can't remember having an accident involving my knees recently, but I fell down on my knees a lot when I was younger

This may be an early sign of knee arthritis called Bow legs (genu varum), or another option could be failure or injury to the knee's external ligaments (postrolateral corner instability). You need to perform an X-ray on both knees in a standing position and an MRI specifically on the affected knee
