Is it concerning that my 22-year-old daughter, who doesn't have tonsils, has been experiencing recurrent strep infections for the past month? Her neck is now swollen and very sore. Could the strep infection have spread to her lymph nodes?

Treatment Plan for Strep Throat and Swollen Lymph Nodes:

Antibiotics:

Tab Augmentin 625 mg: 1-0-1 x 5 days after breakfast and after dinner.

 

Supportive Care:

Drink plenty of water.

Avoid cold beverages and foods.

Reduce intake of spicy, oily, fried, and very hot foods.

Limit tea and coffee consumption.

 

Immunity Boosting:

Maintain a balanced diet.

Eat meals at regular intervals.

Ensure adequate hydration.

 

Medications:

Tab Vetory SP: 1-0-1 x 5 days after breakfast and after dinner.

Tab Levosiz M: 0-0-1 x 10 days after dinner.

Cap Pepcia D: 1-0-1 x 5 days before breakfast and before dinner.
