Patient Question

Hello Doctor,

I have been suffering from migraines for the last 3 years. I stumble when speaking, and I have panic attacks and anxiety. Sometimes, there is sweating and goosebumps without any reason. My hands and legs tremble, and suddenly there is a feeling of warmth in them. My memory has also become weaker than before. Additionally, I have pain in my back and feel tired all the time. I don't even want to eat anything; I feel weak and dizzy.

Hello, Thank you for reaching out to Dr.Galen. Please find the below response to your query.

Your symptoms are myriad and diverse, crossing several systems. I suggest contacting a primary care physician to evaluate your lifestyle and dietary regimen, and to reevaluate the migraine diagnosis with this additional information before considering a referral to a neurologist. In the meantime, managing stress through relaxation techniques like deep breathing, meditation, or gentle exercise may offer some relief. And remember to prioritize self-care, including maintaining a balanced diet and staying hydrated to support your overall well-being.

Thanks
