I am the CEO and Consultant Neurologist at Phillips Neurological Institute, LLC, a position I have held since 2007. Over the years, I have specialized in areas such as neurodevelopmental disorders, neurological infectious diseases, integrative neurology, and vascular neurology, with a particular focus on epilepsy and neurophysiology. I have a deep commitment to providing consultations, practicing medical ethics, and advancing the field of translational medicine, especially in electroencephalography.
I completed my Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree at Southern Illinois University School of Medicine, followed by an internship at Cook County Hospital. I then went on to pursue my neurology residency at Albert Einstein College of Medicine and furthered my expertise in clinical neurology at Harvard Medical School, under the guidance of Dr. Samuels. Additionally, I received specialized training in adult and pediatric epilepsy at Wake Forest University School of Medicine.
I am also a fellow of the American College of Physicians and hold the distinction of being a Diplomate with the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. Throughout my career, I have been dedicated to contributing to the advancement of the field and improving patient care, ensuring that every individual receives the highest standard of neurological treatment.
