Hello Doctor,
I've been experiencing pain in my left arm and shoulder for the last ten days. My doctor diagnosed it as cervical spondylosis, with a reduced margin between C5 and C6. I've been prescribed Gabanil and MR for the pain. What else can I do to manipulate this condition?

You have to take a course of anti-inflammatory, muscle relaxant, and gabapentin for at least 2 weeks. Physical therapy would help a lot during the treatment period.
