How to Treat Nausea?

Medical Treatment:
  • Fresh air
  • Distract yourself (like hearing music)
  • Take sips of a cold drink
  • Do not eat or cook strong-smelling food and eat hot, fried or greasy food
  • Do not have a large drink with meals
  • Drink ginger or peppermint tea and eat foods containing ginger
  • Do not eat too quickly and lie down soon after eating
  • Avoid wearing tight clothes around your tummy or waist
  • If it keeps coming back, you should contact your GP
