In addition to my clinical practice, I am a faculty member at the Gulf University School of Medicine and a key contributor to the gastroenterology fellowship program under the Arab Board. With more than 25 years of combined experience in clinical practice and medical education, I am actively involved in training residents, GI fellows, and medical students.
I specialize in managing a wide range of gastrointestinal conditions, including reflux disease, motility disorders, esophageal disease, swallowing difficulties, acid reflux, stomach infections, irritable colon syndrome, chronic constipation, fatty liver disease, and celiac disease (wheat allergy). My expertise ensures personalized care tailored to each patient’s specific needs.
In addition to clinical management, I have extensive experience performing procedures such as gastrostomy feeding tube insertion and upper and lower GI endoscopies for both diagnostic and therapeutic purposes. These advanced techniques enable me to deliver comprehensive care to my patients.
Currently, I am serving as a specialist gastroenterologist at Sheikh Shakhbout Medical City (SSMC) in Abu Dhabi. I hold certifications in Gastroenterology and am a proud Member of the Royal College of Physicians (MRCPUK).
