I have a sinus infection in my nose and am experiencing symptoms of saddle nose deformity.

To manage your symptoms, try these steps:

1. Stay hydrated.

2. Avoid cold beverages and foods.

3. Avoid spicy, oily, and hot foods.

4. Take walks outdoors twice a week.

5. Practice breathing exercises or yoga.

6. Use a mask in dusty areas.

7. Limit exposure to air conditioning.

 

For medication:

Levosiz M: 0-0-1 after dinner for 15 days.

Augmentin 625g: 1-0-1 after breakfast and dinner for 5 days.

Vetory SP: 1-0-1 after breakfast and dinner for 5 days.

Pepcia D: 1-0-0 before breakfast for 5 days.

Otrivin nasal drops: 3 drops in each nostril thrice a day for 5 days.
