The likelihood of pregnancy in this situation is extraordinarily low to nonexistent. Sperm do not survive well outside the body, especially in saliva, as it contains enzymes and other components that quickly render sperm non-viable. Pregnancy requires viable sperm to be deposited near the vaginal opening or inside the reproductive tract, and the scenario described does not meet those conditions, even if it occurred mid-cycle during ovulation.
