Hello Doctor,

My current symptoms are migraines lasting weeks, pale gums, fainting, hallucinations, dizziness/vertigo, vision spots, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, hot flashes, fever, feeling cold even in 100°F weather, no appetite, weakness, joint pain, pale skin, cloudy urine, blackouts, and fatigue. What could be causing this?

Hello,

Thank you for reaching out to Dr. Galen. Please find the below response to your query.

Your symptoms suggest moderate to severe anemia or a reduced amount of circulating blood, which can affect the entire body. It’s crucial to determine whether the cause is metabolic or infectious. I recommend immediate clinical and laboratory evaluation at the nearest hospital to define your condition and initiate proper treatment. Wishing you a speedy recovery!

Thanks
