You can try applying a topical antibiotic such as Fusidin or Fusidin-H. If there is no improvement, oral antibiotics like Doxycycline or Erythromycin for 1-2 weeks may be necessary. Additionally, use a sulfur soap to cleanse the affected area during showers and ensure it remains dry and well-ventilated. Avoid sweating as it can exacerbate the condition.
