Patient Question

Hello Doctor,

I've noticed the sudden appearance of five bumps on my lower vaginal opening, and they are red, slightly white, and seem to resemble scabs. Currently, they're causing a stinging sensation, particularly when touched, but oddly, there's no discomfort during urination. Can you help me understand what might be causing these symptoms and what I should do about it?
