Patient Question

Hello Doctor

Is it necessary to undergo medication or surgery after experiencing a miscarriage at around 3-4 weeks of pregnancy? I confirmed my pregnancy shortly after noticing a missed period with a doctor. After 40 days, I experienced a menstrual period lasting 7 days, accompanied by severe back pain, abdominal pain, and prolonged bleeding compared to my usual periods. Following the bleeding, I started feeling exhausted and fatigued even with minimal physical exertion. Is there any risk of becoming pregnant again soon after this incident?
