Hello Doctor,
I have been experiencing dry, itchy skin on my genital area for several years. The itching and dryness come and go, sometimes improving but then returning again after a while. There’s no rash or visible sores, just persistent dryness and irritation. I’ve tried over-the-counter moisturizers, but they don’t seem to help much. What could be causing this, and what should I do to find relief?
