Patient Question

Hello Doctor,

I recently got into a physical altercation and now have a bump on my outer ear. How can I treat it to make sure it heals properly?

Hello,

Thank you for reaching out to Dr. Galen. Please find the below response to your query.

Ice fomentation twice a day for 3 days can help reduce inflammation and pain in the ear. It's important to avoid any external injury to the ear during this time to prevent further discomfort.

Regarding the medication, Tab Vetory SP or Zerodol SP, the dosage is 1 tablet after breakfast and 1 tablet after dinner for a total of 5 days. These medications can help alleviate pain and reduce inflammation.

Thanks
