Hello Doctor,
I'm experiencing severe pain and hearing loss in my right ear. There's also blood in my ear, and my eardrum is very swollen. What could be causing these symptoms?

For ear pain, hearing loss, and swollen eardrum with blood in the ear, here's the recommended treatment plan:
1. Avoid any form of ear instrumentation.
2. Keep the ear dry.
3. Reduce intake of cold water and beverages.
Medications:
Tab Vetory SP 1-0-1 x 5 days after breakfast and after dinner.
Tab Levosiz M 0-0-1 x 10 days after dinner.
Tab Taxim 200 mg 1-0-1 x 5 days after breakfast and after dinner.
Otiflox ear drops 2 drops in the right ear twice a day for 10 days.
