My right ear is paining since the last 2 days, and there is also some pus that can be seen in my ear. Please suggest what to do.

To manage your ear pain and discharge, please follow these recommendations:
1. Keep your ear dry and avoid getting it wet. Refrain from head baths for the next week.
2. Avoid using any form of ear instrumentation, such as cotton buds or earphones.
3. Limit the intake of cold water and beverages to prevent further irritation.
Medication:
Ciprofloxacin 500 mg: Take one tablet after breakfast and one after dinner for 5 days.
Levocetirizine + Montelukast combination: Take one tablet after dinner for 10 days.
Rabeprazole + Domperidone combination: Take one tablet before breakfast for 5 days.
Otiflox ear drops: Instill 2 drops in the affected ear twice a day for 10 days.
If symptoms persist or worsen, please seek medical attention promptly.
