Patient Question

With the sugar level back to normal, is it appropriate to consider reducing or stopping insulin intake?

When your sugar levels stabilize within the normal fasting range of 70-100 and post-meal range of 70-140, it's time to contemplate reducing your insulin dosage. If your sugar levels consistently remain at the lower end of the range, you can gradually decrease your insulin intake; otherwise, maintain the current dosage.
