What could be the reason behind the pinkish or skin-toned bumps on my forehead? They're not filled with pus and aren't painful, but they do feel a bit sensitive. Despite experimenting with different products such as scrubs, soaps, and moisturizers, I haven't found a solution. Any ideas or recommendations?
