To my dismay, upon awakening, I noticed the emergence of several bumps resembling pimples, containing clear liquid. After succumbing to the temptation to pop them, the affected area became raised and red. Prior to my intervention, there were no blisters or any other visible issues in that area. Despite this, someone suggested that these symptoms might indicate a cold sore.
