Do sunscreens with an SPF higher than 30 truly provide effective protection, or are the claims beyond SPF 30 merely exaggerated?

It does not add much to total protection, as 30 SPF provides 96% coverage and 50 SPF provides 98% coverage. However, we recommend 50 SPF because it offers additional coverage for both UVA and UVB rays.
