Hello Doctor,
Recently, I had an accident that resulted in suture treatment for three areas of my face. I would like to know if it is possible for them to be fully healed or removed without any form of surgery. Although it may take time, I am curious if complete healing or removal is achievable.

Yes, it is possible, but it will require time. You can consider using stri-strips and treatments like PRP with dermapen, as well as the AQ solution with dermapen every two weeks.
