How can I effectively remove a small raised black scar? I have undergone 5 sessions of Dermapen and Fractional Laser treatments without any noticeable improvement. Which option is preferable for treatment: curettage or cryosurgery?

Additionally, for hyperpigmentation, options like Q-switched laser or erbium laser can be considered. Q-switched lasers emit short pulses of high-intensity light to break down excess melanin, while erbium lasers resurface the skin and improve texture, potentially addressing hyperpigmentation too.
