Hello Doctor,
I had a sneezing fit today and held them in, and now I have moderate to severe pain when swallowing. It feels like a pressurized pain that slowly dissipates in a throbbing way. I also have pain when speaking at higher volumes and when lightly pressing on my neck. Is this just a strained muscle or something more severe?
