Patient Question

Hello Doctor,

Hello, I've been experiencing a peculiar sequence of symptoms. It begins with a glitchy sensation in one point of my vision, followed by a gradual darkening of my vision. Once the darkening subsides, a strong headache develops slowly. I've noticed that this occurs particularly after I finish exercising or running, and drink something cold 5-10 minutes afterward. Strangely, I don't experience these symptoms if I drink or eat cold stuff while I am actively exercising. To alleviate the headache, I've found that forcing myself to vomit several times weakens it. Could you please provide insight?

Thankyou!
