So I just got off my period nine days ago. I took a pregnancy test last night and there were two lines, but one was very faint; it was definitely there. Should I wait to take another one in a week and a half, or do you think it was a false positive since I just got off my period? I also took an ovulation test, and I am ovulating.

There is no mention of pain or the type of bleeding after missing the period. Bleeding could be due to a pregnancy-related condition like an ectopic pregnancy if the test was positive. It’s essential to get checked out soonest with a serum beta HCG test and a scan to determine the cause of the bleed. It could also indicate a miscarriage, and treatment can be started after proper evaluation. Moreover, if you are sexually active and do not want to become pregnant, consider using contraception afterwards. A pregnancy at this age carries significant risks.
