My period is late, and I’ve been having cramps but no bleeding. Could I be pregnant or is something wrong?

It’s possible your period is about to start, but if it doesn’t come soon, it’s worth checking for pregnancy. Cramping without bleeding can also be a sign of an ectopic pregnancy or an infection, especially if pain worsens or other symptoms appear. Please see a doctor to get checked and find out what’s going on.
