Paracetamol 1g every 8 hours for three to five days

Antacid:

Use a liquid antacid like Maalox or a suspension containing magnesium trisilicate or bismuth

Take 20ml three times daily

Dietary Recommendations:

Avoid spicy meals, alcohol, and smoking

Eat regular meals and avoid skipping meals
