What should I do about my eardrum throbbing and having hearing loss? I can’t sleep either.

It looks like you have an ear infection. Usually, the cause is a virus. I would advise you to take some analgesic ear drops like Audax. Rinse your nose with saline solution four times daily. You might find ear drops like Paroticin helpful, but they are antibiotic drops. If the hearing loss is severe or the symptoms persist for more than 4 days, you should see your doctor.
