I've been facing quite a few issues with my stomach lately. Whenever I eat anything, or even when I wake up in the morning, I feel extremely bloated. It's like I've just had a lavish meal, even though I haven't. My stomach feels very tight and hard, and I'm constantly experiencing gas. On top of that, there's this burning sensation in my stomach. When I feel like I need to have a bowel movement, nothing happens. I end up going to the bathroom only every 4 to 5 days, and even then, it's just a small amount. I've noticed that I'm gaining weight rapidly, which worries me. Sometimes, I feel the need to pass gas or have a bowel movement, but nothing seems to work.
