How to Treat Amitraz Poisoning?
Things to note:
- Skin and clothing decontamination, if applicable.
- Supportive and symptomatic treatment to keep the airway patent, respiration and circulation adequate. In some cases, mechanical ventilation may be required.
- Keep your patient warm.
Medical Treatment:
For convulsions:
- Diazepam, IV, 10 mg.
