How to Treat Allergies?
Medical Treatment:
- In an emergency, use Epipen or injectable adrenaline and seek emergency medical help.
- Avoid exposure to allergens.
- Antihistamines are available in tablets, creams, nasal sprays or eye drops.
- Steroids will reduce inflammation. Available as tablets, nasal sprays, inhalers, etc.
