Hello Doctor
Have been experiencing a burning pain on the left side of the abdomen, sometimes extending behind left hip and moving to the front and left thigh. It started after having UTI in January and was treated with ciprofloxacin for 7 days. The pain improved but returned later. Had several scans including transvaginal and abdominal ultrasound, as well as a CT scan without contrast. Urine analysis in January showed bacteria, but recent tests show everything normal with no bacteria found. The pain wasn't present during the UTI, and it improved with ciprofloxacin. What could be causing this?
