Patient Question

Hello Doctor,

I’ve been experiencing symptoms that feel like seizures or something related to epilepsy for the past 4 to 5 years. Sometimes, when my leg falls asleep, I get a half-body seizure where my fingers twist on their own, my legs rotate, and my head turns to one side. My lips also force themselves to one side. Recently, I’ve started losing some memory after these episodes. I haven’t been able to visit a doctor for this. Can you offer any advice or guidance on what might be happening?

Based on the symptoms you’ve described, it appears that you might be experiencing some form of seizure disorder. It's important that you consult with a neurologist as soon as possible to get a proper diagnosis. Seizures can sometimes be linked to underlying conditions, and it’s essential to address this with a professional who can guide you on appropriate treatments and management options.

Thanks
