Patient Question

Hello Doctor,

I'm experiencing some issues with my penis. A cyst-like formation has developed in the spongiosum corpus on the left side, causing slight pain when pressed. A similar occurrence happened on the right side, but it has since been resolved. However, I'm now experiencing problems with my erection. Additionally, I feel a normal pain in the tip of the penis, and there is no erection at all in that area; it remains flaccid. The shape of the penis is also not normal; during an erection, some part seems compressed on the right side. Could you please help me understand what might be happening?
