If only one ovary is removed during ovarian surgery, there's still a chance of natural conception because the remaining ovary can still release eggs. However, if both ovaries are removed, the woman would enter menopause and wouldn't be able to conceive naturally. In such cases, pregnancy may only be possible through Artificial reproductive technology.
