Hello Doctor,
Is it concerning that my 14-month-old son has had a fever for the past three days? I gave him medication (Paracetamol & mefanamin Acid) that I had on hand, and yesterday he fell from his walker while playing. Today, on the third day, he is not urinating properly, and when we encourage him to do so, he passes red urine. I took him to the pediatrician, who suggested a urine test. The results showed blood in his urine. The doctor mentioned that blood in the urine can sometimes occur due to Paracetamol & mefanamin Acid. He prescribed Paracetamol & Ibuprofen, which I started today, but the red urine has not stopped. What should I do?
