Hello Doctor,
I hope you can help me, as this is very urgent. Two days ago, I tried drinking apple cider vinegar because a doctor named Dr. Berg on YouTube suggested it could help with my reflux. I felt desperate because I have constant breathing problems due to my reflux condition. However, after consuming the apple cider vinegar, I experienced extreme, unbearable burning pain on the inside, particularly on the right side near my belly button. The pain is excruciating! Despite drinking plenty of water and taking antacids, I have found no relief. I am convinced that my insides have been severely affected. What I can drink to heal my insides. The pain is so severe that it feels like I am dying! I am concerned that the prescribed medicine may not be available in my country. Therefore, I kindly request a detailed explanation of the medication so that I can find something similar here.

2) Take aluminum hydroxide plus simethicone (an antacid), two spoons every 20 minutes for 1 hour, and then continue every hour for the next day.
3) Take Lansoprazole capsules, 20mg on an empty stomach daily for 2 months.
