We act solely as an intermediary and do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All medical services are rendered directly by the selected doctor or clinic.

2. Doctor Verification

Upon receiving an appointment request, Dr.Galen reviews publicly available licensing, registration, and professional credential information for the selected healthcare provider to the best of our ability. Appointment scheduling proceeds only after this verification process is completed. However, Dr.Galen does not guarantee the quality, suitability, or outcome of any medical services provided.

3. Coordination and Administrative Fee

The fee displayed on the platform is charged exclusively for appointment coordination and administrative support services. This fee does not include physician consultation charges, diagnostic testing, treatment costs, hospital fees, or any other medical expenses. Patients are responsible for paying all provider-related charges directly to the doctor or clinic in accordance with their policies.

The fee displayed is for our coordination or processing service only; it covers our effort involved in scheduling the appointment with the doctor's clinic on the patient's behalf. 4. Non-Refundable Coordination Fee

Once an appointment request is submitted, Dr.Galen begins coordination and scheduling services on the patient’s behalf. Because these services are rendered immediately upon processing, the coordination fee is non-refundable under all circumstances, including but not limited to:

Appointment rescheduling
Doctor unavailability
Patient cancellation
Selection of an alternate provider

5. Appointment Availability and Changes

Healthcare provider availability is subject to change without notice. If a provider becomes unavailable or an appointment must be rescheduled, Dr.Galen may assist in arranging an alternative appointment or provider upon request, subject to availability. Dr.Galen does not guarantee specific appointment dates, times, or provider availability.

6. Patient Responsibilities

Patients agree to:

Provide accurate, complete, and current personal and medical information
Attend scheduled appointments or notify the relevant parties of changes in advance
Follow all instructions, recommendations, and treatment plans provided by the healthcare provider

By using Dr.Galen’s services, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal and health-related information for purposes including:

Payment processing

8. Payments to Healthcare Providers

All consultation fees, treatment costs, and related medical charges are payable directly to the doctor, clinic, or healthcare facility. Dr.Galen is not responsible for disputes, billing issues, refunds, or payment arrangements related to services provided by healthcare providers.
