1. Non-Refundable Concierge Fee

A service fee of $9 USD is charged at the time of booking. This fee is non-refundable and non-cancellable, regardless of your availability or change in circumstances. It covers the coordination of your in-person or virtual consultation with the selected doctor or clinic.

2. Changes to Appointments

Due to the nature of our concierge service, appointment times may be subject to change. We will notify you immediately in the event of any rescheduling by the clinic.
