my post on TrustPilot after my appointment : I fully expected this to be the same as every other telehealth provider I’ve experienced the last 2 weeks looking for a honest consultation; disappointed and looking to get a refund. Now I’m on here writing a review that I expect “normal” people with no insurance and low income like me to believe. It was great! The Customer Service Representative (expert in my opinion) Annie Shook was amazing. She went out of the way to help me through every step, even when I closed myself out of live chat consult (more than once btw) without complaining or being bothered. I’d be lying if I wasn’t even more skeptical after I paid only to have the initial doctor to request rescheduling, was positive it was a scam. Then Ms Shook took control, got me in touch with Dr. Fateh Sher who was great. He was very attentive & considerate, all while being very upfront and honest. That’s exactly what was looking for, so they totally changed my opinion on telehealth overall. This provider is definitely not trying to just get a subscription or up-charge everything about the service . Definitely ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ and I’m scheduling a follow up this week. Thank you to Ms Annie & Dr. Sher 🫡🙌
