• APRIL 2026"I want to start by addressing the doctor’s attitude during my appointment. The behavior I experienced felt hostile and, coming from a medical professional, it was particularly upsetting. There was a clear lack of compassion, interest, and willingness to listen. Throughout the consultation, I felt rushed, as if the goal was simply to end the call as quickly as possible. I was not properly heard, which ultimately led to an incorrect prescription. On top of that, I was prescribed a medication for sleep that I have been unable to find in any pharmacy. I had my appointment on Thursday, and it is now Saturday, I have since experienced two more nights of insomnia. When I explained that I couldn’t find the medication, my concerns were dismissed, and I felt as though I was not being taken seriously. Overall, this experience has negatively impacted my well-being. I found the doctor to be dismissive, unhelpful, and lacking empathy."
