With over 10 years of clinical experience and extensive education in Neurology, I have developed expertise in diagnosing and treating disorders of the brain and nervous system. This includes conditions such as Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, epilepsy, stroke, and multiple sclerosis. I have specialized training in using diagnostic tools like EEG, EMG, CT-Scan, MRI, and X-ray, as well as performing lumbar punctures and interpreting lab results. Additionally, I’ve spent 3 years working in the Emergency Department and another 6 years in Neurology specialist education, managing up to 80 patients per month.
In my current roles as a Neurologist at RSUD Dr. Pirngadi Medan and RSU Sylvani Binjai, I continue to diagnose and manage various neurological disorders, collaborating with specialists to optimize treatment plans and minimize patient morbidity. I also conduct Nerve Conduction Velocity and EMG examinations regularly. In addition, I am experienced in developing comprehensive patient management plans, including drug administration, diagnostic tool selection, and rehabilitation strategies, all while considering patient costs. I have honed my skills in delivering interventional pain management, such as intra-articular injections, dry needling, and ultrasound-guided procedures.
