With over ten years’ experience in medicine with a passion for self-care and a sense of self preservation that led me to a fulfilling career in psychiatry with a keen interest in psychotherapy.

This field of medicine evokes all the values I align with and I’m on a mission to create more awareness and reducing stigma into mental health difficulties while empathetically helping my patients and clients manage their challenges.
