Kayla was the best nurse from the beginning when we arrived to the hospital all the way until she helped us to our car 2 nights later. I really feel like she went above and beyond for our family. She always answered any questions we had in a way to make us feel so comfortable, and was so patient with my daughter. She made sure my daughter was comfortable with everything and understood it before she tried anything during her labor and afterwards. We will always be grateful for how she cared for not only my daughter but her boyfriend, and their baby. She will always be considered as a honorary aunt to us. I think all nurses could really learn more from the way she's cares for her patients. Their was also another nurse named Kayla that was amazing also with how she was able to she keep her boyfriend calm during her delivery time and we always remember her for that also.

As unpleasant as the reason for my being in this hospital. The staff had no problems with being wonderful and caring people! My mother was on a ventilator. She had been suffering from dementia for years. The nurses were absolutely amazing! As tiring as 12 hr shifts can be, at no time was there any sign of fatigue. ICU is not a good place for anyone. These women have made it as comfortable as possible for mom and her family. Two of these amazing people went beyond what they were there to do. ICU RN Candice and ICU Nurse Debbie. RN Candice made mom a prayer throw and placed it on her the first day in ICU. Then asked if cared that she had. It was the first one she had made. This small jester of kindness was more than we ever expected in a hospital. RN Debbie,, made all the efforts she could to be of help in this process with mom. The entire staff of the ICU unit have made the situation a little more easier to get through. At this time,, mom's situation is looking dim. Only God knows what will happen. But our heart felt thanks go to the nursing staff in ICU at Wytheville Community Hospital. God bless you all! The family of Juanita Ellis

I delivered my son at WCCH and had a wonderful experience. The facility was very clean, the care from the staff was excellent, and the food was great. I needed a follow up ER visit a few months after delivery and my experience was once again positive, fast and the care I received was exactly what I needed. I highly recommend Wythe County Community Hospital!

Wythe rehabilitative services is a great place to go for physical therapy. The staff and physical therapist were great to work with very knowledgeable and worked diligently to help me with my knee. The front office staff was very courteous. John Dutton was great and he worked with me each and every time I came to physical therapy to help me get my knee corrected. Everyone was professional. The facilities were clean and the front office staff knew their stuff. I would recommend Wythe rehabilitative services to everyone.

Shout out to the staff and medical professionals at Wythe County Community Hospital. Heath had the bedside manor we all wish we could experience during stressful procedures. He put me at ease immediately by treating me with kindness and care, explaining every step before it occurred. Missy also was caring and comforting, showing that both not only performed their jobs as professionals, but also took time to make sure I was comfortable and understood my anxiety. It means so much when people performing needed exams make us, as patients, feel comfortable and less anxious by remembering that we are human beings with feelings, not just a number and task to check off the list. Thank you Heath, Missy, Dr. Villoch and all the staff for making my morning as stress free as possible.
