My Grandma is elderly (in her 90s) and her health is declining. As a result, I've had my fair share of experience with EMTs. Unfortunately, most fall short of Exceptional. I really hate when we have to call for an ambulance in fear of my Grandma being manhandled. Winslow came out tonight and I was pleasantly surprised. They handled my frail and fractured Grandma with such grace and care. She barely objected to being moved. The two young men were really great.
