I could call this VA facility my second home since 2014. My disabled husband's multiple co- morbid conditions has made us familiar with every specialty and service over the years. I know this place like the back of my hand, even down to the CLC hospice unit. As a retired RN of 47 years, I know what good care skills are, and how every patient needs an advocate. This VA has met and exceeded our expectations. We couldn't have been more grateful, even to end of life care.

I was in Wisconsin this past weekend. I had an situation that caused me a great deal of pain. Went to the VA ER in Madison. These people are fantastic and they took great care of me. I can't say enough about those people in the Er. Those folks were my heros . I'm very great full for the help . S Hughes us Navy vet

Very easy to find. Good parking facility that’s close. The front staff are friendly and helpful in Lou ring to where you need to go for your appointment or need. Everything was very organized and seemed to be a streamlined process.

I recently had knee replacement surgery. Everyone, from the cleaning staff to CNAs, nurses, doctors and therapists are top notch. The best medical care I’ve ever received. Everyone that works here should be very proud, world class facility and care.

was here last in 24yrs...what a change..remodel..was at NC Fayetteville for over 22 yrs..Horrible they would not even answer the phones or call you back..just a bunch of lazy people there they have the worst ratings in the nation...so nice to get back and treated like you were a person again...

Great experience here. I was lucky enough to be able to secure a bed from a outlying hospital when i was in a bad way. The care I received here from the staff and surgical team was top notch. They did not make me feel wrong for not wanting certian meds or treatments and were very responsive. I feel blessed not just to get care without a big fat bill but knowing people pay some hospitals for worse. Great Job guys!
I have Accompanied my Life Partner going through Rectal Cancer , Here at the Madison VA Hospital. The treatment and Care was Most Excellent! We did that for over a year.. At the Final stage, The AGrace Hospice West were brought in and we were Delicately Transitioned. The VA was Exceptional as well were The AGrace Hospice West Team. I was a long road. I Thank Every One that we encountered.
