I had to go to the ER today because memorial hospital didn't do blood work 6 days ago when I went there. The ER was busy but still took me back within 20 minutes. My nurse was Colby, such a nice, professional and personal young man. Test were done including a cat scan and I was diagnosed, given prescription and on my way in about 3 hours. I was very satisfied with the service I received

Brought urine to the lab for urinalysis. The guard was quite helpful and even friendly. The lab tech took the specimen with no problem

I was induced here. All the staff were amazing. There were a select few that weren't but the rest of the nurses made up for it. They were so helpful before and after delivering. Everything I asked for or said, they took it seriously. I didnt feel belittled for the dumb questions I would ask while on drugs lol. If I have another child, I will surely be coming back here.

I have to say the nurses lisa and laurel where amazing and the other nurse can not remember her name were so sweet,compassionate,and made me feel comfortable and safe! I am so greatful for the hospitality and compassion! It is hard to find people like them and i am greatful! Mr. Hobin was great he has compassion and was so sweet to me threwout the ordeal of gulbladder removal! Also castleberry as well compassionate as well!

Dr. Castleberry was very informative and knowledgeable about the diagnosis that was discussed. He made us feel confident in his abilities as a surgeon. The radiologist that performed a biopsy was very good. And I have to mention Devinda at the front desk . A truly nice lady.
One of the very best experiences I have ever had with the hospital! From the very moment I walked in I was greeted with such passion and love that was not expected from the hospital. I had surgery today and all of the nurses and doctors were respectful, informative and honestly went above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of in every single way possible. Without a doubt there is no other hospital that I will ever go to should I find myself or any of my loved ones in need of emergency attention.
